With 35 years experience in St Lucia Wayne Brown has designed and built residences, commercial spaces and boutique hotels that have stood the test of time and seasonal inclement tropical weather.

Our approach to design is to create aesthetically pleasing structures that are functional within the living or work space and sophisticated with the simple finishing touches of the colonial past or modern times. The design of every home is meticulously derived from its geographic location, terrain and other environmental factors.
